UFR company specializes in carrying out of Field work (full services).

It happens that Client requests only the collected database, report and conclusions fulfills the research or marketing manager who works inside of Client's company. In this case we execute the functions of inner Client's field department (subsidiary).

It means that it is in our competence to organize and carry out any kind of marketing research and in conclusion to get information that meets all client's tasks and goals.

Our company's activity covers all territory of Ukraine. Our own network of interviewers and supervisors contains about 400 interviewers all over the Ukraine.

Before starting of each project our specialists hold trainings for supervisors concerning filling in a questionnaire, excerpts elements and other points of the project. During the whole project our employees coordinate the work of supervisors.

Objectiveness and accuracy of data are provided by neatly arranged control system. Size of errors that inevitably present in marketing information depends on quality of control system.

Before sending information into central office supervisors locally make initial data control.

In central office all received questionnaires are subject of logic review.

At the same time with questionnaires logic review we execute 25-30% quality control of carried out interview with the help of network of independent controllers.

In case of finding out of direct falsification (it's a pity, but sometimes they take place) all interviews of this interviewer are subject of review. Falsified questionnaires are culled. Instead we carried out the other interviews that meet the route and quotes.

Presently the specialists of our company have developed the special software which allows to conduct control of interviewers' work at more high level.

Also specialists of UFR fulfill the control of accuracy of data input into database (10% of work of each inputter).Before processing all inputted data are subject of logic and statistic control. Processing of received data is carried out by means of special statistic program package.

On completion of project our specialists may prepare for the client the detailed report that includes detailed description of research procedure, routing, excerpts, control etc.
